Why would you want a professional football team in your city? Well, for one, the games are fun to go to and the team itself has the ability to heighten the pride of the city’s residents. Another great perk is the fact that tourism will go up, the economy can profit from the influx of consumers, and the extra money can contribute to many great causes in the area. Though these perks are wonderful, most cities do not get to claim a professional football team—but the Queen City does!
